Software Support Policy Effective 01/01/2005
WorkPlace Software and ResaleBay offers product support on the following basis:
1. ALL support contract terms are on a Calendar basis (January 1, to December 31)
2. Customers NOT active on an annual support contract will be charged $50.00 per call
payable by credit card prior to answering software support issue.
3. All program upgrades will be FREE to customers with an uninterrupted active support
contract.
4. Telephone support will only be available during normal business hours Monday-Friday,
9 AM - 6 PM CST (Holidays Excluded)
Telephone Support outside normal business hours is available for $25 per incidence.
5. Email or Fax support will be addressed usually be the next business day.
6. New customers will have their support charges pro rated to the end of the current Calendar
year or waived based on current promotion at the time of purchase.
7. Software, Hardware or other equipment NOT purchased from Resalebay or WorkPlace is not eligible for Support.
8. All hardware purchased from WorkPlace Software Systems (www.resalebay.com) must
submit their product registration information with the respective manufacturer to ensure
continued hardware support directly from the manufacturer during the warranty period.
9. Current support charges are as follows
POS Single User $150.00 per Calendar Year.
POS Multi user $250.00 per Calendar year.
